All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation email within 2 days of placing your order, please contact us at goodvibes@shopwetpaint.com with your name and order details.
Flat rate shipping fees and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking may not update until your package is scanned at your local carrier.
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.
We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
Wet Paint does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURN POLICY
Because our candles are handmade and made to order, all sales are final with no exchanges or returns.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but we will replace your items for free (shipping included) if they arrive damaged during transit. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us a photo of the damaged product at goodvibes@shopwetpaint.com so that we may file a complaint with the carrier.
